Bioinformatician at Pondicherry University@baldo.oliva Doubt regarding BIPS database
I am giving a fasta file of 5000 protein sequences as input in BIPS data to identify its interaction. But after processing the input file, the database is showing this message - "Submitted 4217 sequences." I have submitted 5000 protein sequences but its considering only 4217 sequences as input. Why is it so?
