BETA testing opportunity for RNA-seq data analysis tool
I wanted to invite you to the closed BETA of a new omics data analysis software we're developing. This is a great opportunity to help shape a new, user-friendly software that will improve the way omics data analysis is performed. The requirements for participating in our closed Beta are:
- Owning RNA-Seq data in fastq or fastq.gz format sequenced from Illumina machines (we support both single-end and paired-end, as well as multiplexed and demultiplexed fastq files)
- The source organism need to be either E. coli MG1655, A. thaliana, or H. sapiens
Tests will run for approximately for two weeks in February and you’ll be expected to complete brief questionnaires explaining your experience with our product. We'll provide rewards for successful contribution to the BETA tests.
Please don't hesitate to contact me for any questions you might have.
Hopefully we'll have you on our Beta team!
@phadji:u how does one contact you to join? do you have a website?
@brett.hayes81:u we're still working on our Beta landing page I'm afraid. Please reach me at phadji [at] ekmechanes.com
Thank you for the interest Brett! :relaxed:
